Richard is the Reverend of Cherry Burton Church and has been a foundation governor of a few Church of England primary schools. Each one has been distinctive in how they have applied and interpreted their Christian values. Richard also brings extensive leadership and management experience across various different sectors including retail, telecommunications and faith-based organisations and charities.
