You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading Trust-wide culture, wellbeing, and performance strategies
• Designing and delivering a five-year People Strategy
• Driving recruitment, retention, and talent development
• Overseeing compliance, safeguarding, and policy development
• Managing a regional HR team and supporting school leaders
• Using digital tools to streamline operations and data management

We’re looking for someone with:

• CIPD Level 5 (essential); Level 7 (desirable)
• Senior HR leadership experience, ideally in education
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and safeguarding
• Excellent communication, resilience, and strategic thinking
• A commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
