Working at Wonder

We are committed to the empowerment of our leaders, teachers, support staff, members of the Executive, Central Team, Trustees, and members of the Local Governance Committees by ensuring they feel valued and supported while providing them with the absolute best professional development. As a result, the expertise, knowledge, and skills they acquire will help them to lead change ethically and effectively within their classroom and school.

Working at Wonder

The Wonder Learning Partnership brings together a community of schools where children have a love of learning and colleagues a real passion for teaching. Each school remains rooted within and at the heart of its community as we share our knowledge to create an exceptional learning journey for our children.

Our vision is to build a Trust foundation ensuring all our schools have the strategies, expertise and capacity they need to improve the education of our children. Our schools are a family with shared values who support each other, work collegiately and each maintain their own governing body. Our children have access to personalised tuition and our colleagues to tailored professional development. We are incredibly proud of what we achieve as a family.
